New Android app lets users search and play games on Android devices

Updated May 23, 2018 07:22:50 The newest Android app allows users to search for and play content on Android smartphones and tablets, while also letting them use their smart phones to play games.

The Google Play Games app, available on the Android Market for $1.99, allows users of smartphones running the latest Android OS to play Google Play games like Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto games on their Android phones, according to Android Central.

The app also lets users access YouTube content and access their accounts, as well as play Google’s popular Game Center service.

While the app has no in-app purchases, it does allow users to make in-game purchases to unlock in-market items like weapons and cars.

The new Android app will also allow users of the Google Play Game Center app to watch a wide variety of content from the Google Store, Google Play and Apple’s App Store, as the app’s developer, Google, revealed.

“This is a fantastic addition to Google Play,” Google Play VP of Product Planning David Mabry said in a blog post announcing the new app.

“There are lots of amazing content available on Google Play, and with this new app you can explore and discover it all.”

The Google app was launched last year, and the new Android version is the latest in a long line of Android games that have been launched on Google’s platform.

Google Play launched its own Android game store, Android Games, earlier this year.
